    The recipient loved the flowers, they made a sad event a little bit easier to handle. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The only constructive feedback I can provide is that I wasn't sure of the status of the delivery. I got an email at 11:30 at night confirming the delivery and was worried that it never made it to the recipient or it was delivered really late. I realize this may be due to COVID-19, so please ignore if it is.

    I live in Australia but always order for Mother’s Day from your shop. I think the service was great as I had a problem with my card but was able to speak to the lady and sort it over the phone. Flowers are always beautiful. Small suggestion would be to put a notice to say visa debit payments are not accepted as I had this issue and would have used a normal credit card instead. Otherwise a fantastic service!

    I ordered a Poinsettia online for my mother-in-law's birthday. I immediately received a phone call (even though the store was closed) explaining the Poinsettias would not be in for 2 weeks. The lady immediately helped me choose a basket with both green plants and a flowering plant for the same price. I received a call from my mother-in-law Tuesday afternoon as soon as it was delivered saying how beautiful it was and that it would keep all winter in her APT. I cannot say how wonderful the service was. I will definitely order again for Mother's Day.

    I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for my friend's birthday. The gift was delivered to her workplace. She was very happy. So, she sent me a picture of the whole gift.
