    I was disappointed this time due to I had ordered the arrangement for my best friend’s daughter who’s dog passed and asked that the arrangement incorporate possibly a Willow Tree Lab dog in it since it was a Laborador yet nothing in or about the arrangement said Dog!!!! My past order I had did and was perform for 1/2 of what I paid for this one!!!!

    So sorry you were unhappy, I wish you would have called us. We did not fill this order since it went to Brandon, MS which is out of our delivery range and is located almost to Jackson, MS. We are dependent of another florist to fill your order and have to go by their prices, that is why the design was smaller. They also did not inform us that they did not have any dog items.     Tabatha, thank you for your critique. All of our orders are filled to full value. Flowers right now are extremely limited and with limited supply comes higher prices. The growers are telling us prices should stabilize in the next few months when crops catch back up. Since COVID hit growers cut growing production by 30%.

    Delivery of items are on time. Size of items look different from website recommendations for example the deluxe version of flower arrangement is small. But the colors and scent were nice.

I have looked up your order and it was filled the specifications with even an upgrade of flowers. the less expensive lilies were upgraded to the fragrant oriental lilies because of availability dur to COVID.     it was all alright until we realize there is an excuse for an extra charge. Service fee: what is aservice fee. There is the flower arrangement, delivery, tax, and what is a service fee. We will not use Piano's again for that reason.

    A representative called me to say the flowers on their website (that allowed me to order) were not available. They then stated they were not going to be available for me to call back and flowers were to be delivered to a dying patient in the next day or two. I tried to call back with no answer. Went to look for an email. Got a response the next day. Very difficult transaction during a stressful time.

    I ordered some flowers to be sent to my father in the hospital. This was during the coronavirus pandemic in the hospital was not accepting flowers. Even though Piano’s with the bouquet together and delivered it and it was rejected they did not charge me.     The flowers looked nothing like the picture on the internet. My arrangement had what you would consider to be fake tomatoes and didn't have the yellow flowers like the picture had shown. It wasn't worth the $80 I paid for the flowers

    your order was filled as requested and there were no fake tomatoes. They were hypericum berries and if you look at the item oared they had them in the design. We offered to exchange the design to whatever the recipient wanted and you declined. The design was made exactly as ordered with a few color but not flower subs.

    The stargazer bouquet ordered by my son for a Mother’s Day gift were simply beautiful & very fragrant! I absolutely loved them. They arrived on Saturday in time for Sunday!     The flowers were beautiful. I have ordered flowers from other companies outside of Memphis and they were really bad. I put on my order that no one from the church where the funeral was held would be there before 1:00. The driver came about an hour and half early. This mix up with time was my only issue. Other than that we are very happy with Piano's Flowers and use them all the time!!

    Since I live out of state, I did an internet search and selected Piano’s based on their reviews. They certainly lived up to the 5 star rating. The customer service was excellent. They provided a pic of the arrangement prior to its delivery. They were happy to make some changes and are quick to reply to emails. I would highly recommend Piano’s. You will not be disappointed.

    The arrangement delivered did not look like the one I ordered; different color for the accent flowers. I chose the one I wanted because the purple and pink was pretty together; the purple flowers were not included in the arrangement delivered.

    Dolores, I am sorry the design did not meet your expectations. We try to make every design exactly like the picture, but at certain times the exact colors are not available or in good quality. So we replace them with same flower but different color to keep quality standards.

    I ordered flowers for my sister's wake and funeral. I said I wanted something impressive since she was the first of my six sisters to die. The person I spoke to asked what I wanted to spend. I said $200 and was told a beautiful arrangement could be done for that. It ended up $231. I was appalled to find a small basket of flowers at the visitation. Piano's did provide a better arrangement for the funeral after my complaint, but the whole process was upsetting. I have pictures of the small basket and would not recommend this florist.

    I find it hard to believe a basket that was over 28 inches tall and almost 22 inches across is a small basket. All flowers used were top quality Dutch flowers (hydrangea, lilies, gerbera daisies, bells of Ireland ect.) We replaced it with a large spray on easel made with lots of inexpensive flowers and you were pleased. I am sorry but if all you wanted was big and cheap flowers we would have done that, but most of my customers prefer high quality, not carnations and daisies.

    Judging by the photo sent to me by the recipient, the $120 arrangement that was delivered was only half the size of the photo on the website. Buying comparable flowers and chocolates in a store and having them delivered by Uber would have cost roughly 1/3 the price.

    I have looks at what you ordered and the exact item sent was the size as described, tulips are not a tall flower so it will not be a large design. If you wished for a large showy design there were larger choices that could have been made. I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
