Do both sides of the family host bridal showers and the bridesmaids?
Answer:
Neither sides of the family needs to host a bridal shower. Normally, etiquette prefers members of the bridal party or non family members host showers. If one side of the family insists of hosting a bridal shower, that’s their decision and hopefully they’ll invite the other side to the shower as well.
