I would like to comment on the AWESOME customer service I received a couple of weeks back. I walked in with my husbands cashmere sweater and asked how much it would cost to repair. The gal behind the counter brought it to one of the tailors and he looked at it and immediately repaired it. The gal hands me the sweater and I ask how much and she says nothing just come back and see us.Now that's what I call customer service.

I'm definitely tardy in posting this but I must say THANK YOU to Mario and Monetti's Tailoring for saving my dress. I purchased my gown almost a year before my wedding. At that time I was a size 22 in bridal. About 6 months before my wedding I had lost almost 50 pounds and had to find someone who could work miracles with my dress which now looked like a bag on my body. Mario worked for three months, hours before and after his shop closed, to create a perfect masterpiece. He and his team worked around my schedule and provided the best service I could ever imagine. He took a size 22 bridal and made it fit my new size 8 figure for a very reasonable price. He will be my tailor as long as I live in Wisconsin!! Thank you Mario and Monetti's Tailoring team!!
