    I hired An English Garden for my ceremony and reception floral arrangements. After my initial consultation with Kim, I was very confident working with her. From start to finish, Kim has been extremely helpful & organized. She was very patient with me because I have made several changes throughout the planning process (I blame Pinterest! lol). They even sent us pictures of the floral arrangements as they were completing them. The flowers are absolutely stunning and my guests were so excited to take the centerpieces home to enjoy. I highly recommend this An English Garden to anyone who wants exceptional customer service and beautiful flowers.

    Kim and her team are great to work with and the flowers are incredible. I loved that she sent photos of the flowers a few days before my wedding so I knew exactly what we were getting. It took a lot of stress out from the day! Her team came and set everything up in two different locations. It was seamless and well organized. Best part, I didn't have to do a thing!

    Kim is amazing !!!! She kept me updated through the whole process and was EXTREMELY flexible. She sent me pictures while she was making everything and allowed me to make small changes. There was a small hiccup with delivery to the hotel but it was not even her fault, but she called around and got everything situated ! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was taken care of. I will never use anyone else except her.

    Best experience with a florist ever! I went to the English Garden of Mokena, to order my daughters wedding flowers. I went there because they’re very professional and they are true floral artist. My daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted, so I showed the florist some pictures from Pinterest and gave her all my daughters ideas and she put together a wonderful and awesome wedding floral arrangement.     I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. My previous florist decided to leave the wedding industry, so I was looking for someone for my new July date. After seeing Kim's reviews on Wedding Wire, I was impressed. She is so kind, and she treats every bride like family.     I cannot express how comforting this florist is. You receive updates a couple weeks prior and constant communication whenever you need it! Kim and her staff are there for you until the end. What I mean by that is that she supports you until the wedding and then even follows up with you to see how you are doing. I was extremely happy with all of it! Also, the flowers are incredible, personalized, and EXACTLY what I was looking for. About a week and a half prior to my wedding I decided to add one more bridesmaid and this was no problem for Kim! I was able to text her, and she changed everything without a problem! The week of the wedding you receive text updates of EVERYTHING just to double check if you like it. This was amazing because I was able to send my family and bridal party a little sneak preview, and they were so excited. Then the day of the wedding I had three different locations I needed my flowers at, and I had no doubt that everything would get to their places perfectly. I received the bouquets in a travel container, the corsages and boutonnieres in a well-organized box, and a personalized note congratulating me at my house! My ceremony location received their flowers perfectly on time, and my reception received the place centers and other small flowers all in the right locations. It is the things you do not even think of that made everything so smooth! The labeling of the corsages and boutonnieres was a must, and I was so happy about that! Finally, the wedding was incredible, and everyone complemented on how beautiful the flowers were! I felt confident and happy with every little detail. I am so happy I chose An English Garden, for their flowers and the communication I received. I cannot express how much peace of mind you get with this. Thank you again Kim! It was so beautiful!

    Kim was amazing and her entire crew stuck with us through the pandemic and then on the very day a snowstorm! We were treated like family through out the whole process and she kept up with the last minute changes we had to make due to the changes with Covid. Would happily work with her again!

    Kim was fantastic to work with on my wedding flowers! She is open to ideas and very creative. After talking to her she understood what I was looking for and brought my vision to life. The day of my wedding the flowers were breathtaking.     We got married in July and wanted kind of simple green and white flowers. We met with Kim and I showed her what I had in mind from Pinterest. She took those ideas and made totally unique and beautiful flowers. She helped us stay within our budget and didn’t push us to go bigger or for more expensive things. Kim texted me pictures of the flowers and seemed genuinely excited to be apart of our day. The day of everything was delivered on time. The girls setting up texted me in the morning pictures of everything to make sure it was how I liked it. I could not recommend Kim and her amazing team more. We got 10 bouquets and boutonnières for us and the bridal party, three corsages for moms and grandmas, 4 boutonnières for dads and brothers, and eucalyptus for the end the aisle and tables.

    This review is way overdue, my wedding was 9/13/2019. Kim was great to work with. I didn't talk to any other flower vendor. I sent over pictures of what I was looking for and really liked that Kim provided names and pictures for each bouquet/corsage that we were creating. Seeing the actual flower and color scheme really helped. I wanted to include certain flowers, so Kim went around with me multiple times, until we got everything perfect. She also provided the large vases that created a taller profile for the arrangements at my reception. It was even more helpful that she sent over pictures as her team was creating everything the week of the wedding to ensure that I liked it. I did end up wanting to add and tweak some things like the enormous blue thistle that came in and adding some additional pink roses. It's things like this that would make me absolutely recommend her! It was so much appreciated! The day of went perfect, my bouquets/corsages were delivered in the morning on time and everything was accounted for. The reception setup was gorgeous! My guests were blown away and everyone loved the arrangements. The flowers ended up lasting almost a month after that, I kid you not. It was amazing!

    Kim and the entire staff helped make my December wedding a dream come true. The flowers were absolutely stunning, the bouquets were so perfect, and the greenery helped transform my reception tables into something beautiful. I had to make several changes to the number of bouquets during the planning process, and added blue flowers to my bridal bouquet, and Kim was so helpful, quick at responding, and kind every time! She will truly work with you to best bring to life your vision within your budget. She was always very upfront with me what things would cost, and gave me so many helpful recommendations and advice! I am so glad I chose An English Garden for my wedding flowers, and will continue to recommend them. I'm the third in my friend group to use An English Garden for my wedding florals!     I knew we were having a December Christmas themed wedding, but when it came to flowers I only had very basic thoughts on what I wanted. I messaged Kim and she contacted me very quickly and sent me pictures of my winter weddings she has done. We set up an appointment and I went to her shop and we discussed the wedding and she provided me with a document of the flower types she would include and what colors would work best! Kim also was completely understanding of my budget and did everything she could to make sure we stuck to that price point. An English Garden ended up making us 10 boutonnieres, 4 corsages, 2 flower girl bouquets, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, my bridal bouquet, and two ceremony arrangements. Everything was beyond beautiful and they even came early and set everything up for us. They were perfect with various types of pine, pinecones, berries, and ivory/blush roses!! Everybody commented all night about how great it all looked! Thank you Kim and An English Garden!! I have already recommended you to several people.

    WOW! That was the first word that came to mind when I saw my beautiful wedding flowers. I didn’t have an exact vision for my flowers the first time I visited with Kim, but I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She was so personable and took so much pride in her work. She asked for my opinion on certain blooms and greenery and I told her my color scheme and vision for the wedding. I didn’t know exactly what to the expect, but I was confident the flowers would be beautiful. My expectations were far surpassed! Kim took my vague suggestions and turned them into the most gorgeous arrangements! I was absolutely in love with how the bouquets and boutonnières turned out. The flower girl baskets were absolutely adorable. I also had flowers for my cake to match and they were the perfect touch. I love how she communicated with me a few days before the wedding and texted me (and my mom!) photos to make sure we were happy with everything prior to the big day. Her love for her business and customers is so evident and her enthusiasm is unmatched. I would highly recommend her to everyone for any floral needs. She was a joy to work with! She took my vision and ideas and made the most beautiful floral arrangements we could have dreamed of.     I found An English Garden through an internet search and after some research decided to set up an appointment for consultation on my wedding flowers. It was the best decision I could have made.     My cascade bouquet was AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS!!! MY HUSBAND EVEN ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM! The morning of I'll admit I was a nervous bride because PICTURES DO NOT DO ANY JUSTICE!! I highly recommend Kim! You wont be disappointed!! I had a cascade bouquet, toss bouquet, and 3 bouquets for bridesmaids, 4 arch arrangements, 10 boutonnieres, 8 corsages, 7 of my Eiffel tower centerpieces had greenery with blue delphiniums, and 34 floating flowers.

    Kim is such a sweet person! She's so passionate about her work and it shows. I booked Kim for my wedding and she put together my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces. They turned out so lovely! My only wish was that my centerpieces were a little fuller. She was very respectful of my budget and even let me borrow some bows for my ceremony chairs to just to spruce it up a little without adding to the budget. The day before my wedding, she sent me many pictures of the flowers to keep me updated. She's so thoughtful!     Beyond how great she is to work with she does the absolute best work! I met with Kim and looked no further. She showed examples of what she had done for past weddings and everything was beautiful. She completely understood my vision of what I was looking for and helped me to make it a reality. As we started talking about the flowers that I wanted in my bouquet and the colors I was looking for she would suggest things I had never even heard of. She also got on the phone with a flower distributor while I was there to find out if some of the flowers I wanted would be available at the time of my wedding. I was so impressed with her ability to answer my questions immediately. She also has a ton of items in her shop for rentals. I rented some lanterns and an easel for the wedding to complement the look of my tables. I didn't want to go buy a bunch of lanterns and then try and figure out what to do with them once I was done. So renting them was the perfect solution. The week of the wedding she would text me with any questions and make sure that I knew she was available if I had any questions. The day before my wedding they put together my bouquets and other floral displays and she send me a ton of pictures of them to ensure they were what I was looking for. Not only were they what I wanted they were better! I got so many wonderful complements on the flowers and we used all the bouquets in vases at the head table so that they could be displayed all night. It is a week later and I still have my flowers in a vase and they are just starting to wilt! It is amazing how long they have lasted. I highly, highly recommend Kim for any floral needs but for a wedding she is out of this world!

    Shortly after getting engaged we set out on finding a florist. I am a very visual person and find it hard to listen to what someone suggests without me actually seeing it in person. During our consultation Kim (the owner of An English Garden) listened to exactly what I wanted. She pulled several flowers and roughly put together what I envisioned. A couple days before the wedding Kim was in touch with me sending me pictures of my vision coming alive. On our wedding day I was finally able to see my dreams turn into reality! I have never seen such beautiful flowers. Compliments on the girls bouquets, my bouquet, mothers flowers, grooms/groomsmen and centerpieces were in every conversation... 2 weeks after my wedding I am still enjoying my bouquet and centerpiece flowers which are still in full bloom! Kim was an absolute JOY to work with!!! She did not disappoint and I will forever be grateful for her input, artistic talent she has down to the tiniest of details. I feel I found my forever florist and would recommend her for your dream wedding as well.

    I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Kim worked with me to come up with something beautiful. She gave me three different options for three different budgets so could better decide how much I wanted to spend and what I really wanted. She helped me with decor rentals as well. We rented table numbers, beautiful silver platters, and lanterns. The entire time she kept in touch about how things were going and whether or not I liked everything. Every commented on how gorgeous the flowers were and how much they suited the groom and me. We would use Kim again in a heartbeat!

    I’ve been a customer for awhile although I’ve never set foot in the shop. I live in New York but will only trust An English Garden to deliver flowers to my family and friends for any occasion. I was able to call and order wedding corsages and flowers for our wedding cake by sending photos over email. I was impressed as usual.

    I am someone who doesn't usually care much for flowers, but I love greenery and Kim worked with me to design an absolutely beautiful bouquet! I told her how much I love ferns and she made sure to feature them prominently. The bouquets/boutonnieres ended up being one of my favorite parts of the whole day!     I went to a couple places before I finally got to Kim at English garden. When my mom and I met with her, we knew we had to have her do our flowers. She is energetic, kind, and so compassionate. Every little detail of our boquets and corsages was perfect. I’m not good at making decisions, but Kim steered me into the right direction with everything.     Kim did the flowers for our daughters June 16th 2018 wedding. We had the reception at Crystal Tree Country Club. When my husband and I walked into the room our mouths dropped!!! The flowers were absolutely spectacular!!! The flowers gave the room the feel of being at a celebrity black tie event! I swear all 245 guests asked who did our flowers??? This was a huge job for Kim, as she made 12 huge low flower arrangements, 12 high flower arrangements as well as 8 brides mates bouquets etc. Kim sent us daily pictures of the arrangements as she completed them. Kim also did the flowerers for our 2 other children’s weddings,5 years and 9 years ago! Kim is extremely down to earth and was so great to work with. She follows your lead. If you don’t want to spend allot on flowers she runs with that and shows you beautiful options! You feel like you’re in Mayberry in her adorable hometown shop! Her English Bulldog “child” roaming freely and all! So don’t look any further! Kim puts her heart and sole into every arrangement and her prices are very reasonable too!!!

    I had hired a wedding planner that was not on the same page as me. Every time I met with her she increased my stress rather than decreased! Fired her 2 months before the wedding! Met with Kim & she immediately understood what I wanted & needed. In minutes the stress of previous encounters was erased! She kept me informed every step of the way after that.     Everything was beautiful! I choose a flower that could only be purchased in silk. Everything had a very realistic look and feel. My centerpieces were very nice. I had low centerpieces because my ceremony and reception were in the same room. They were small so I needed them to be simple and classy and the look was achieved. I received updates as the flowers were being arranged. Everything arrived at the venue neatly packed and labeled. The florist also set up the centerpieces in the ballroom. I wish my professional pictures were back so that I could really do English Gardens justice for the hard work they put in. I highly recommend them to any bride looking for a stress free wedding day.

    She works with your ideas and your budget to help create the floral arrangements you envisioned. She’s so sweet, personable and accommodating. She gives you a list and images of all the flowers you pick out so you can see what you’re getting.     At first I didn't want to spend the money on real flowers, and just do silk or make my own for our wedding. I was recommended by my cousin to check this place out and I did. She worked with us to give us the best deal that we couldn't turn down. From start to finish we had an amazing experience.     The flowers were beautiful, my bouquet was HUGE, and the communication with Kim was phenomenal. She really makes you feel very special, she had some really cute decorations available for rent (and we took advantage of a few!) and she was really helpful in giving tips (ex: she recommended how to spray paint the mason jars I wanted to hang off chairs down the aisle at the ceremony, and then she and her team set everything up day of).

    When I first met with her to go over the ideas I had for my wedding, I could feel how excited and passionate she was about her business and my wants/needs. She showed me a variety of flowers that day, and was extremely knowledgeable as to what flowers would look best together, what flowers were in season at the time of my wedding, and what would bring that extra "pop" to my big day. The theme for my wedding was "Building Our Love, Brick by Brick" and was all about Legos. My fiance and I wanted to incorporate Minifigures/Legos into all of the wedding party flowers, but weren't exactly sure how to go about it. Kim's creativity with colors and our theme took the flowers to the next level. The biggest plus for me was that Kim gave me her phone number and told me to send her a text any time I had a question, concern, or changed my mind about a certain flower. Her response time was incredible and I never felt like I wasn't a priority. As we got closer to the wedding, Kim sent me photos (through text) of my gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Although this may seem like a small gesture, it gave me that extra piece of mind that my flowers were exactly what I wanted and would look amazing at the wedding. Overall, I think An English Garden's prices are in line with most florists. We spent a little under $800 for 1 bridal bouquet (price is based on size, and type of flowers), 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 toss bouquet, 10 boutonnieres, 6 corsages, and delivery on the day of the wedding. As they say, "you get what you pay for," but I feel that we got so much more than we paid for. Between Kim's top-notch customer service and how beautiful all of our flowers looked, choosing An English Garden was a no-brainer.

    On my first appointment with Kim I showed her some of my ideas and not only did she go with them, but she made them 10xs better than the pictures. We used them for the Shower decoration, wedding, and day after decorations. Our flowers lasted for weeks after the events and looked fresh till the very end. I loved all the little details and updates we received the week of the wedding. Kim and her crew made it so easy and stress-free on such a short time frame- 5 months. We originally went in because they were local, and are we glad we did because we will use them for every event from now on. I may want my bouquet recreated every year ;).

    My now husband and I had limited previously knowledge about flowers, and Kim went above and beyond to describe beautiful flower options to us that would fit our vision of our wedding day, using photos of each flower type. She was so patient with us, and helped us work within our budget. Using an excel sheet, she itemized how much it would cost for our "dream flowers", and then little by little she helped make cuts that made our flowers fit in our budget without sacrificing our vision. Kim really emphasized that she would not sacrifice the size and quality of the bridal bouquet at all, just to make us happy with the price. That was so considerate of her. Of course on the day I am wearing the most elaborate outfit of my life, I don't want my bouquet to look skimpy! After we booked, Kim emailed me a PDF with pictures of all of the different flowers and greenery that would be in our flowers. During the week of the wedding, Kim texted me pictures of the bouquets and boutonnieres as she was working on them to ensure I was happy with the final product. Kim offered pick-up, which allowed a nice way to save on delivery charges. I had two family members picking up flowers, and each were taking flowers to 2 different locations. Kim was nice enough to follow my detailed instructions to separate the flowers by location so that everyone was able to receive the correct flowers. Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous and were labeled by name. Kim, thank you so much for your patience, creativity, personal attention, and FUN personality!     After meeting with quite a few florists, I saw An English Garden on WeddingWire - I don't know how I had missed it previously...it's right down the street!! Kim arranged to get in the shop early one morning to meet and she was wonderful! And what a cute shop it is!! Kim worked with me and my Pinterest ideas and created affordable arrangements that were perfect - she sent pictures on Thanksgiving Day while she was getting them ready for our wedding the next day! When we were missing one arrangement at the church, she put one quickly together and it got delivered just in time! We also rented lantern centerpieces from An English Garden - everything was perfectly set up in the reception hall, it was beautiful! The pricing was fair, and communication was open and easy throughout the process. As the bouquets were bring built, I had pictures sent to me to let me know what everything looked like.     don't know anything about flowers or gardening first off so when I went in I was only able to give very basic responses when Kim was assisting me. During the tour she keep an eye on what I said I liked and what I didn't and by the end of the meeting she knew exactly what I wanted! This was one vendor I did not have to worry about checking in with, Kim sent me text messages and emails with pictures of the individual flowers that were going to be in the bouquets. A day before she sent pictures via text showing the completed bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids, then day of she texted me a picture of the boutonnieres. Seriously, consider using this vendor she was very helpful!!! I would recommend to anyone!

    She is incredibly friendly, kind, accommodating and purposeful. You can tell she truly loves her job and knows her botany. My fiancée and I were able to plan all of our floral arrangements in less than three visits (one of which was just to drop off a payment). We had bridesmaid bouquets, a cascade bridal bouquet, centerpieces which we rented lanterns from Kim and several other arrangements for the memorial table, alter, blessings for Mother Mary; all of which came out absolutely beautifully. I cannot wait to get my pictures to see all of the beautiful arrangements again. I requested Kim make a very complicated cascade bouquet for myself including some very fragile flowers. She created a masterpiece that looked very similar to the picture I gave her from Pinterest but with more sturdy flowers that lasted all day. Kim is a joy to work with, she sends text updates frequently and lets you make all the decisions without any of her input until you decide. She even sends you a gift on your wedding day; I can’t say enough good things about Kim and her work. Go visit her and her adorable bulldogs at her quaint shop!

    We used Kim for our daughter's wedding last weekend. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From the day we booked her, Kim was exceptionally helpful. She was always available to answer questions or to offer advice and suggestions. She was very flexible when my daughter wanted to make changes or add things to what we had already decided upon and she really worked with us to provide outstanding flowers and allowed us to stay within our budget. Our venue unexpectedly scheduled another wedding in our room and told us that our florist couldn't come set up until an hour before the start of our wedding. This made it impossible for Kim to set up our flowers at her normally scheduled time. The venue said that they would set up all the centerpieces and decorate the cake if Kim just gave them a picture of what they should look like. Kim was not satisfied with that. She had her staff deliver all of the flowers at the scheduled time, but Kim showed up at the venue long after her normal business hours to set up all of the centerpieces and decorate the cake herself. (except for her husband who came to help her) She said that she was not comfortable having someone else set up our flowers. She wanted to be sure that they were done "right". We were so surprised and grateful that Kim went out of her way to do that. We didn't have to worry about anything not looking good. All of the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We had so many positive comments from guests about how pretty the flowers were. Kim provided very personalized and professional service. She even texted my daughter the day after the wedding to send her best wishes to her and her new husband. How many florists do that? I can't recommend An English Garden enough!!

    Kim is so friendly and energetic and really had a lot of great ideas, which was great for me because I'm definitely no flower expert. I had all the confidence in her, but what really impressed me what getting numerous photos texted to me from her showing my bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces about a day or two prior to the wedding.     Kim, the owner of the shop, is very sweet and passionate about what she does. She offers many ideas and is very knowledgeable about all kinds of flowers and arrangements. She never pressured us into spending or adding more. She was very up front about how much certain arrangements would cost and worked with us to rearranges ideas that would work with our budget.     Flower selection was one of the last big things to choose for my wedding. I was less than a few months out. I was stressing out knowing I needed to find a place. Everywhere I walked in I was overwhelmed with the "bring me a picture of what you want" or the operator of the store would give me a business card and say when you’re ready come back and kinda pushed us out or the prices were crazy in my eyes. I would pass An English Garden telling myself I should stop there one day just to look. It couldn't hurt right? I would often just pop in to a place, what was one more? So, I did. Immediately I noticed a gift store as well. It was a very busy day as there was a dance for the high school and the pickups kept coming in. Kim, made time to talk with me show me around her beautiful store and show me additional stock. We made an appt. to come back so I can tell her the colors and show her some pictures I found. She made me feel great. Kim immediately took me around and started drawing flowers from stock and start building some ideas for me to visually see. It was perfect! I knew Kim would create the best and unique piece for me and my party. After initial deposit, Kim would follow up as the wedding would approach double checking no changes needed to be made. When the week approached Kim sent me pictures as she was building the bouquet so I can see and not worry as well as make any adjustments to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and end result. OF COURSE I WAS with a few minor adjustments with her direction it turned out PERFECT. I was more than satisfied, the "it couldn't hurt" stop in turned into the BEST DECISION. Kim even took the leftover flowers from my order and created a bag of petals for my reception as a bonus. Seeing that made it so much better knowing I got everything I paid for. Your special touch and gift was very much appreciated.

She went above and beyond even giving me her cell phone number in case of any last minute questions. During the planning process she put mock flowers together and emailed me pictures to make sure we were on the same page. She was so sweet she even gave me a little bridal shower gift. An English garden is very reasonable and their work shows just how much they care for what they do and their customers.     Picking out flowers was something I was a little nervous about because I was looking for a very specific look/color (coral). After meeting with Kim I knew I had nothing to worry about anymore! She assured me that everything would be perfect and worked so well with me throughout the whole entire process. Not only was her communication great, but her passion and attentiveness toward her customers and work is amazing. One of the other things I loved is that she kept me updated on what all of the flowers were looking like as she was putting them together (via text messages). That really helped put my mind at ease and assured me that everything was truly going to be perfect. My wedding day was one of the hottest days of the summer (105-110 degree heat index) so of course I got nervous that the flowers were going to wilt, I was wrong. The flowers arrived the morning of my wedding and I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful and perfect they were. They went beyond my expectations and truly helped put the finishing touches on the vision I had for my perfect day. Kim and her staff even made sure that they kept the bouquets in vases with water so that we could keep them in water when we were in the limo going from one place to another so they would stay fresh. Walking in, Kim showed what she has done in the past with photos and even though she didn't have what we picked out (in our heads), she made it a point to explain the flowers to match our color scheme, which flowers would accent others better, hold up better, etc. She called me the week of our wedding just letting me know she had everything and was going to send me photos. She did and I couldn't believe how beautiful the flowers looked once they were in the process of being made! I will hands down recommend English Garden to anyone who wants to send flowers, need flowers for a wedding, funerals, ANYTHING. They were great and I couldn't have envisioned what they created any better than what they did. Absolutely beautiful! And they are reasonable for what we ordered. THANK YOU!!!!

    We wanted to hire a local business as one of our wedding vendors, and though at first I was nervous about hiring a "small" florist, choosing An English Garden was the best decision ever. Our flowers for our wedding were the most beautiful and vibrant that I have ever seen! I had a vision, explained it to Kim, and she created exactly what I wanted! From my bridal bouquet, to the grandma's wrist corsages, everything was absolutely perfect. She even sent me pictures of her work progress in the days leading up to our wedding! It was so comforting knowing if I didn't like something as she was working, she could make changes- though I didn't need her to change anything! Kim is so easy to talk to and work with.     She knew what I was looking for after only providing her with a few pictures. I called her around April and was so happy to hear that should would be able to help. I did wait until the last minute for find someone to do my flowers. All my flowers were silk they turned out beautiful I couldn't have asked for anything better!!!! Great Shop to work with!!!!

    We were SO glad with our choice for flowers! Not only did they do an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job, but they were by far the most stress-free vendor we had. Kim is extremely thoughtful and regularly communicated with us not only to make sure we were on the same page but to make sure we were doing okay. (She even sent us little gifts!) They obviously have tons of experience and know what needs to be done even if you don't, but they still were really flexible with what we wanted and when we needed to make changes. Plus they really work with you to keep in your budget!

    I was planning my wedding out of town and she really nailed my concept I was going for! She was extremely attentive to detail and wanted to make my day perfect! She is such a professional but also is someone who loves her job and her customers. You do not get service like this anymore! Her prices were very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about her. I would strongly recommend her for any event!

    Kim and her crew always do a fabulous job with flowers! My family has been using her for everything we've ever needed flowers for such as graduations, high school dances, funerals, and those "just because" occasions. I trust Kim and An English Garden so much that I only needed to tell her a couple flowers I was looking to have in my bouquet and I let them design my entire bouquet along with my girls' bouquets and all my boutonnières. My flowers were better than I could have dreamed!

    The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I loved them so much!!! I added flowers to my wedding cake a few days before the wedding and Kim did it no problem and the cake was so beautiful!!!! Would totally go with them for any event I have in the future. She also sent me pictures as she was making them so that was super nice as well!!!

    All of the flowers for my wedding came from An English Garden. After doing some shopping around, there was no comparison to the quality for the price in the southwest burbs. Kim was unbelievable from the start. She is so friendly, flexible and creative - she was willing to work with me to get the look I really wanted for the price I could afford. They took care of all the bouquets and bouts for the wedding party, flowers & pew bows at the ceremony, and reception flowers too!     I met the owner Kim through work a couple years back. Ever since then she has been not only my go-to florist but everyone in the company I work for, my family and friends as well. Once you meet her you will be drawn into her outgoing/bubbly personality! For every occasion she gets excited and you even more excited about her floral arrangements along with all the cute stuff her shop has to offer. That being said I of course called her immediately to let her know exciting news of me and Bryan's engagement! Naturally, we used her for our wedding flowers and WOW everything turned out gorgeous!!

    Kim was wonderful! We actually went to her shop after she was closed, not realizing it at first and she still happy to help us. She made great suggestions to keep us within budget and showed us examples. She even let us borrow candelabra centerpieces free of charge!! Seriously- who does that?! Kim treats you like a friend or family member, not just a customer. She text me photos of the flowers before delivery which was really great! The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted!     The owner,Kim, went above and beyond for our daughter's wedding! Her attention to detail was second to none. We received countless compliments on the bridal party's bouquets, table centerpieces, and the stunning cascade of gerbera daisies and roses on the wedding cake.She even took the time to special order waterproof ribbon for the cake. From the very first consultation, Kim was always available and more than willing to make any changes requested. Kim's eye for detail made our daughter's big day even more magical. She even took great pains to find just the exact shade of coral for all the girl's flowers.     I gave her the idea of what I wanted and she more than brought it to life. I changed my mind months before the wedding and she understood and embraced my new ideas. The day before the wedding she texted me photos of all the flowers just in case I wanted any last minute changes, although everything was even more perfect than I imagined so it required no changes.     Kim is so sweet and communicative. After our initial meeting we were able to text and email back and forth about the specific flowers and colors that would work for fall. She nailed it on the flowers and colors I wanted. Then leading up to the wedding she sent me photos of all the arrangements (centerpieces, head table, bouquet and boutonnières) so I could see how everything was turning out. Our wedding flowers were so gorgeous and vibrant! Several guests were able to take home centerpieces as a souvenir and I am getting my beautiful bouquet preserved :)
