Facial hair is often a hotly debated topic. You either love it or hate it and there isn’t much in between. There are industries dedicated to both shaving and beard care and each has taken on a life of its own. This got us to wondering…Where do grooms stand in the mix? Should they shave off the beautiful locks on their face to sport a more clean-cut look? Or should they let their beard run free?
We polled our followers on Twitter and Facebook to find out how you all felt. Here are some of the responses:

The overwhelming majority said if the groom already has facial hair, he should keep it. Just trim it up and make it look nice. If you already have an established shaving routine, stick to it! You want to look like yourself on your wedding day, whether that be with a beard or a clean-shaven face. If your bride just absolutely wants you to have one or the other…Test the new look out WELL before the wedding. You don’t want to shave your beard and suffer from razor burn or have barely-there beard hair on your big day!
