If you’re looking to throw a party of your own but not sure where to start, then we have just what you need. Check out these jolly party ideas and invite your friends and family over for a magical time!
Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
Who doesn’t enjoy an ugly Christmas sweater party? I know I do! Invite your friends to come over for a good time full of the ugliest sweaters known to man. Let your guests vote on the ugliest one and reward them with a prize. Set up a karaoke station so everyone can sing along to their favorite Christmas carols all night long. You can also play dirty Santa and get a good laugh at the funny gag gifts your friends and family bring.
Winter Wonderland
This is one of the most classic holiday party themes and perfect for those that like to get creative. Decorate your home with silver and white homemade snowflakes, icicles, and snow. Serve up winter cocktails and warm comfort food to get everyone in the holiday spirit. For an activity, set up an ornament decorating station and let your guests design their own ornament that they can take home as a wonderful keepsake!
Christmas Movie Marathon
There are so many Christmas movies to watch during the holidays. Put on some of the classics like It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, or Home Alone. There are also several Christmas films that have come out within the last few years like Christmas With The Kranks, Dr. Suess’ The Grinch, and pretty much anything on the Hallmark channel. Catch up on your favorites by throwing a Christmas movie marathon! Decorate your living room with classic Christmas decor, set up a hot chocolate bar, and every Christmas snack you can think of.
Enjoy this holiday season with your friends and family with the perfect party. Which one was your favorite party theme?
