This
tiered wedding cake was a study in architectural design! Each tier had to be supported perfectly or the whole cake would collapse. (They never mentioned in culinary institute that cake designers would need stepladders to assemble a wedding cake!) The florist added the lovely flowers. The cake was a dark chocolate cake filled with raspberry cream.
