Having a wedding in winter comes with a unique challenge: Finding shoes that are super cute, but will keep your feet (slightly) warm. If you are having your ceremony outdoors, you will definitely want something close toed, and possibly with a little fur for added warmth. An indoor winter wedding will leave a little more flexibility, but you'll still be outside at some point. With those things in mind, here are some of our favorite winter wedding shoes!
This zippered bootie from Bandolino has a classic boot sillouette with a few added details.
Badgley Mischka has some beautiful shoes and the appropriately named "Gorgeous" is no exception! This pointed toe evening shoe has hand-placed jewels on the heel, the perfect piece of sparkle for your winter wonderland.
Another Badgley Mischka creation, these lace, peep-toe booties are adorned with satin buttons and have a zip-back closer.
Can't decide between a pump or a boot? Enjoy a little bit of both with these lace wedding boots from House of Elliot England. Don't worry, they ship to the U.S., and also have other styles!
If you know your nuptials will be taking place outdoors, these knee high boots have a soft faux fur lining to keep your tootsies warm!
Another great option for a pump instead of a boot? These silver mirror Jimmy Choos. Sleek, simple, and stunning all in one shining package!
As you are searching for the perfect shoes to match your dress, always remember you will be standing in them for a very long time. If you are not accustomed to wearing 3 inch stilettos, don't choose those for your wedding (or give yourself a lot of time to practice walking in them!). If you want to wear Uggs, or snow boots, go for it! Your personal style should always be incorporated into your final wedding look.
