Questions For the Venue

Are there any nearby residences that could be bothered by the music?
After you say “I do,” it's time to get on the dance floor and jam out. But if the venue is surrounded by houses or in the middle of town, there is the possibility of noise complaints.
Are children allowed?
If a venue doesn't allow children and you are okay with it, notify your guests well in advance so they can make proper arrangements before traveling to the ceremony.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
This not only includes entrances to the venue but bathrooms as well.
Will transportation to the venue be available?
For guests in nearby hotels or those who have to park off-site, transportation to and from the venue can be extremely helpful.
Questions For the Florist
Will the flowers be delivered to the ceremony?
If not, ask if you will need to pick them up beforehand, or the day of.
Do we get to keep any accessories?
