My great aunt sent me a message saying she is looking forward to attending my wedding. How do I tell her she isn't invited?

Answer:

Whatever your reason to not invite a family member or a friend, remember that this is your wedding and your decision is important. Stand your ground, but be polite. If budget is a reason, mention that. Tell her that although you and your fiancée would love for her to attend, unfortunately your budget or the size of your venue has caused you to make tough decisions regarding your guest list.
