What To Serve
Since you're going with elegance for this party, the food should state that as well. If you are wanting to cook your own dishes, make sure you have a menu for the appetizers, main course and dessert. For the appetizers, serve toasted brioche with crème fraîche, lobster salad on endive spears, phyllo cups filled with pesto & artichokes or sour cream filled sugar snap peas.
Next up, serve rack of lambs, duck with raspberries, beef Wellington or chicken tortellini. Of course, the main attraction is the dessert.
