Can you believe that August is here? It feels as if summer had just begun not too long ago. However, after August we’ll be gearing up with our favorite sweater, pumpkin spice lattes, and making apple pie in anticipation of fall. However, before we say goodbye to summer, we must celebrate all of our faves that were born in August!
August is the month of the Leos (July 23 – August 22) and Virgos (August 23 – September 22). Each sign has their own characteristic of how they would probably want to celebrate their birthday, but in case you are planning a surprise party let’s give you some ideas on what to plan!
Leos
Starting with the Leos. They are a sign that loves to be the center of attention, and no doubt they will be celebrating all month rather than the day of their birth. Since Leos love being the center of attention, one of the best kinds of parties to throw for them would be a Broadway-themed party.
Have them pick out their favorite Broadway show, invite the guests to come dressed up, and (if possible) rent out an older theater where your birthday boy or girl can truly feel like they are the lead! If they are not huge Broadway fans, that’s no problem!
Summer is not over yet, so throw your favorite Leo a pool party! The heat will be overbearing, and there is no better time to chill with friends and celebrate than a big pool party.
If you don’t have a pool, you probably have someone in your friend group that does. If that’s not the case, you might be to rent out your local public pool for the evening and enjoy a fun time with friends and family.
Virgos
Now when it comes to throwing a party for your Virgo friends, they are more of a calm spirit. They are more practical than the Leo. The best way to celebrate your Virgo is to fire up the grill and invite all their closest friends and family.
With summer slowly winding down during this time of the month, there’s no better way to say goodbye to summer days. Your Virgo will appreciate all the hard work that was put into preparing this kind of party.
If grilling is not their style, you might try an escape room styled party. Escape rooms allow Virgos to use their skill in paying attention to all the details and problem-solving. If you don’t know what escape rooms are, they are rooms where a group has to solve puzzles to leave the room. You can book your time and then afterward take your Virgo out for a nice dinner!
August birthdays are your last chance to celebrate the summer season before fall starts. Take time to enjoy your friends and family who were born in this fun month!
