You can have a winter picnic with hot soups and warm rolls, or have a breakfast picnic with eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Lay out big blankets and encourage guests to wear comfortable clothes. Choose a favorite TV show, such as “Downton Abbey” or “The Walking Dead” and create a party theme that integrates elements from that particular show.
