Summer is upon us and now is the time to start planning your summer parties. This month's newsletter gives you a few tips for planning a summer soiree that will help you create an outstanding party, yet without a lot of fuss.

  1. Keep It Simple – Summer is all about these informal get togethers. Keep the decorations simple, as well as the food. Think family style or serving a variety of appetizers instead of a full course meal.
  2. Do A Few Things Really Well – Really focus on just a few details instead of everything all at once. This means, put most of your attention on the flowers and the food. Your guests won't even notice the placement of the napkins or the linens or other little things that you are stressing over. Obsessing over everything will just stress you even more out.
  3. Focus On The Season – Keep the flowers and food in season. There are some beautiful florals, as well as the sweetest fruit in season in summer. Bring those visuals and flavors to your party.
