Wedding Wednesday – Dates
Your Wedding Wednesday Question
Is it okay to ask guests not to bring dates unless they are in established relationships?
Answer:
It is perfectly acceptable. You might be trying to manage your guest list and keep it under control with the budget you're working with. Some people might not like this idea, but it's not their wedding. Just explain to them that you have a budget you have to stay within and allowing too many people will make you cut back on some things that you would absolutely love to have in your wedding.
We hope this answered your question!

Wedding Wednesday – Cash Bars
Your Wedding Wednesday Question
If we had a cash bar at our wedding, is it a breach of wedding etiquette?
Answer:
Why it is perfectly acceptable for you to have a cash bar at your wedding, consider it in terms of this before you finalize your decision. Alcohol isn't a must, but think if you asked your guests to pay for their dinner. While it's not the same, it's something to look at.
If you feel like you must offer your guests drinks, there are great money saving ways to do this. Just serve beer, wine and soft drinks. Also, just focusing on one speciality drink will help cut down costs as well. There are many ways to cut cost, but don't feel obligated to serve alcohol as well. You know what's right for your budget.

Trending Tuesday – Reusable Decorations
What's trending for 2015 parties? There are many great things, but one that stands out is reusing your decorations. Using party decorations just once is a little heartbreaking. You use this great decor, but it only gets to be seen once. However, if you start thinking about how you can reuse your decorations, you can decorate with them for every event you host.
What do you mean reuse your decorations? Invest in pieces, like vases for example, that can be used at any party. Actually invest in your party pieces that can be used for different events. All you need is a little bit of out-of-the-box thinking on how you can change up your decorations to match the theme.
